Randy Ramirez enjoys selling futures and helping fulfill dreams in the real estate business. I take pleasure in assisting clients with my keen knowledge of the food service industry, having established and sold six individual restaurants in the Austin area and two food kiosks on the University of Texas – Austin campus. I can relate with the different goals and needs of my clients and visualize their dreams. I also have an affinity for the industrial warehouse market, as well as working with commercial properties. I was fortunate to have entered the real estate business working with Cantu Construction, one of the premier builders of custom homes and commercial structures in the Rio Grande Valley and south Texas. Perla Martinez

Perla is a life long Rio Grande Valley resident and a full-time, full-service Realtor. She is a graduate of McAllen High School (Go Bulldogs!) and she attended the University of Texas Pan American. She was born in Monterrey Nuevo Leon, Mexico but grew up in South Texas, raised with "Mexican Costumbres" and strong family values.
